QR CODE
The QR Code is a smart feature that is really cool, you can have:
1. SOCIAL → We can connect ALL socials (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc).
2. MECARD → It allows the person scanning the code to select: “add to contact list”, “call number”, “send email”, and “send SMS”.
3. WHATSAPP → The person scanning the QR Code will be prompted to write a WhatsApp message to the selected number. This message can also be pre-filled as wanted.
4. URL → In the QR Code we can encapsulate the link you want (website, specific web page like Etsy Shop, etc).
 
DELIVERY & TRACKING
Please note delivery times may vary by location and courier service.
• UK: Typically delivered within 3 business days (tracking for parcels over 100g)
• International: Usually arrives within 3 weeks (tracking for parcels over 750g)
Tracked or express options available at checkout.
Once marked as dispatched, the platform provides an estimated delivery window.
If your parcel is delayed or lost, a full refund will be issued under the Seller Protection Policy.
 
QUEUE & PREVIEW
Orders are processed first-come, first-served, but we aim to provide your design preview within 1 working day of order receipt.
Please avoid requesting updates before that time — we promise it’s worth the wait.
 
DISCLAIMER
• Ensure images are high quality — we cannot be responsible for poor-resolution results.
• Colour variations between screen and print are normal.
• Minor differences may occur between individual pieces — each card is crafted to order.
• Each order covers one single design. (E.g., 100 cards = 100 identical prints. Separate designs require separate orders.)
