Please note delivery times may vary by location and courier service.
• UK: Typically delivered within 3 business days (tracking for parcels >500g)
• International: Usually arrives within 3 weeks (tracking for parcels >750g)

🕒 QUEUE & PREVIEW
Orders are processed first-come, first-served, but we aim to provide your design preview within 1 working day of order receipt.
Please avoid requesting updates before that time — we promise it’s worth the wait!
 
⚠️ IMPORTANT
• The design phase might look simple, but it is actually quite complex. Because we are often required to interpret instructions, human errors can occur. For this reason, we always send a digital preview and require customer approval before proceeding to print. The Preview is King: this means that if the item received matches the confirmed preview, we are not responsible for any deviations from the original instructions.
• Ensure images are high quality — we cannot be responsible for poor-resolution results.
• Colour variations between screen and print are normal; hence the result you see on your screen won't fully match the colour of the printed item.
• Minor differences may occur between individual pieces — each card is crafted to order.
• Each order covers one single design. (E.g., 100 cards = 100 identical prints. Separate designs require separate orders).
• If no response is received within 2 business days, we may cancel and charge a design/preview fee (£4.99 or the lesser of the order total).
