•  Custom & Complex Designs: If your order requires completely new graphic assets, structural layout changes beyond the chosen template, or bespoke artwork creation, please contact us prior to ordering. Advanced design requests must be purchased as a separate service before work begins.

🖼️ IMAGE QUALITY RECOMMENDATIONS
For optimal print clarity, please supply high-resolution artwork (minimum 1000px wide or 300 DPI). While our team will make every effort to flag low-resolution files prior to printing, we cannot accept responsibility for pixelated or blurry output resulting from low-quality source files.

3. Complete your purchase.

5. Receive your digital proof (includes unlimited revisions until approved!).
6. Approve your digital preview.
7. Print & Dispatch: Orders are printed and dispatched — usually within 1 business day following design approval.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier performance.

🕒 PRODUCTION QUEUE & PROOFING
Orders are processed in the order they are received. We aim to send your digital proof within 1 business day of receiving your design details. We kindly ask that you allow for this turnaround time before requesting status updates — we assure you your proof is on its way!

• Digital Proofs & Approvals: Translating digital files into physical print requires precision. To eliminate errors, we issue a digital proof for every order and require explicit customer approval before printing. The final approved digital proof is binding: If the physical item received matches your confirmed preview, we cannot be held liable for any oversights or errors present in the original artwork or instructions.
• Resolution: High-resolution graphics yield the best print output. We cannot guarantee print quality when low-resolution files are provided.
• Colour Accuracy: Due to screen calibration differences (RGB) versus physical ink output (CMYK), minor colour variance between your display screen and the printed product is normal and expected.
• Handcrafted Variations: Each batch is made to order; slight variations between individual printed cards may occur.
• Design Quantities: Each order tier applies to a single artwork design (e.g., 100 cards = 100 identical prints). Multiple designs require separate line items/orders.
• Approval Window: To keep dispatch times on schedule, proofs must be reviewed promptly. If we do not receive a response within 5 calendar days of sending your digital preview, your design will be automatically approved, printed, and dispatched as shown.
