For the best print results, please provide logos or images over 1000px. While we do our best to flag issues, we cannot be held responsible for blurry or pixelated prints resulting from low-resolution files.
 
⚙️ ORDER PROCESS
1. Select your quantity and customisation features.
2. Enter your details in the personalisation field.
3. Place your order.
4. Send your image/logo via Message, WhatsApp, or Email.
5. Review your digital proposal (unlimited revisions until it's perfect!).
6. Approve the design (we require confirmation before printing).
7. Dispatch: We print and ship the following business day.
 
🚚 DELIVERY & TRACKING
Please note delivery times may vary by location and courier service.
• UK: Typically delivered within 3 business days (tracking for parcels >100g)
• International: Usually arrives within 3 weeks (tracking for parcels >750g)
Tracked/Express options available at checkout
Once marked as dispatched, Etsy provides an estimated delivery window.
If your parcel is delayed or lost, Etsy will issue a full refund under their Seller Protection Policy.
 
🕒 QUEUE & PREVIEW
Orders are processed first-come, first-served, but we aim to provide your design preview within 1 working day of order receipt.
Please avoid requesting updates before that time — we promise it’s worth the wait!

• Minor differences may occur between individual pieces — each card is crafted to order.
• Each order covers one single design. (E.g., 100 cards = 100 identical prints. Separate designs require separate orders.)
